We have various methods of shipping available to you.

Check out the options below and select the most suitable, when at the checkout.

 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (ORDER VALUE <£30) = £2.00

If you’re not in a rush to receive your items then this might be suitable for you. Unfortunately, if your order value is less than £30 there will be a £2.00 charge. This is sent using Royal Mail’s 2nd class mail service and usually takes between 3 to 7 days.

 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (ORDER VALUE >£30) = FREE

If your order is greater than £30 then we can offer free delivery. This is also sent using Royal Mail’s 2nd class mail service and usually takes between 3 to 7 days. On higher values, we advise you to use the courier service for insurance reasons.

 

UK (MAINLAND) NEXT DAY DELIVERY (MON-FRI) = £6.50

If you need your items in a hurry and you can place your order before 12pm then we can offer a Next Day Delivery service.

 

UK (MAINLAND) WEEKEND = £12.50

If you need your items in a hurry but you can only receive them at the weekend then we can arrange Next Day Delivery for the Saturday or Sunday, as long as you can place your order before 12pm the preceding day.

 

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND & THE CHANNEL ISLES (2 DAY SERVICE) = £15.00

If you live further afield we can still arrange a special 2-day service using a courier. Please contact the store if you require more information.

 

INTERNATIONAL

We welcome interest from overseas but this must be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at the store for more information on international shipping.

 

DISCLAIMER

We shall do everything we can to despatch your items but Morton Running Company Ltd. cannot and will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

 

RETURNS

Morton Running Company Ltd. returns policy lasts 30 days. You will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase. In addition to being within the allowable time period, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition of which you received it. It must also still be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you visit us in-store we can review the return together and discuss. If you send us the item by mail, once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment. If you still haven’t received your refund after this time please contact your bank or credit card company in the first instance. If you still have not received your refund then contact us here at the store and we shall look into it promptly.

 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular full-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We shall only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at the store to discuss all returns and exchanges.

 

SHIPPING

Once a refund or exchange has been discussed, please mail your product to: 4 Whytehouse Avenue, Kirkcaldy, Fife, KY1 1UW.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping a higher value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
